WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Purchase Order Agreement
By submitting this purchase order, you acknowledge that it constitutes a formal request for custom-dyed yarn products for resale or business use. This order is not considered confirmed until WoolTribe has reviewed the request and issued an invoice.
2. Invoicing and Payment
Upon receipt of your purchase order, WoolTribe will contact you to confirm details and provide an invoice.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required to secure your place in the dye schedule.
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipment of the completed order.
- Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment instructions will be included in your invoice.
- Final invoices for orders including any payments made by credit card will include a credit card fee equal to the current rate charged to WoolTribe by our credit card processing company.
3. Lead Time and Scheduling
- Lead times vary based on order volume and current dye queue. Estimated turnaround will be communicated upon confirmation.
- Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
4. Color Matching and Variations
- While WoolTribe strives for consistency, hand-dyed yarns are inherently variable. Slight differences in tone, saturation, or speckling may occur between batches.
- If exact color matching is required (e.g., for restocks), please provide a sample or reference skein. We will do our best to match within reasonable limits.
5. Minimums and Custom Colors
- Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale pricing and custom colorways.
- Custom color development is available and may incur an additional fee. Custom colors remain the intellectual property of WoolTribe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs will be calculated and included in your final invoice.
- WoolTribe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
7. Returns and Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of dyed-to-order yarn, all sales are final once production has begun.
- Cancellations made before dyeing begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- If there is an error in your order (e.g., incorrect base or color), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
- All WoolTribe colorways, names, and branding are the intellectual property of WoolTribe and may not be reproduced or renamed without written permission.
- Wholesale customers may use WoolTribe product photos for marketing purposes with credit.
9. Resale and Representation
- Wholesale customers agree to represent WoolTribe products accurately and respectfully.
- Yarn may be resold in physical or online shops, but may not be rebranded or relabeled without prior agreement.
10. Agreement and Updates
By submitting a purchase order, you agree to these terms and conditions. WoolTribe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available upon request.
