Hand-Dyed Yarn:

Each skein is hand-dyed and unique
Color variations between skeins and dye lots are inherent to the hand-dyeing process
We recommend purchasing sufficient quantities for your project from the same dye lot

Handmade Wearables:

Each item is handmade and may have slight variations
Measurements are approximate
Care instructions must be followed to maintain product quality

Digital Patterns:

Delivered electronically via download link
All sales of digital products are final (see Section 6 for details)

Classes, Workshops & Events:

Subject to separate cancellation and refund policies
Details provided at time of registration

3.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities available for purchase
Discontinue products at any time
Refuse or cancel orders for any reason

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel

5.4 Delivery Issues

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must have original tags attached (if applicable)
Items must be in their original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

6.2 How to Initiate a Return

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

6.3 Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
We will cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items)
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

6.5 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items of equal value, subject to availability:

Digital Products:

Patterns, tutorials, and other digital downloads are non-refundable due to their nature
Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing download, contact us immediately

Custom and Made-to-Order Items:

Items dyed to your specifications
Custom color requests
Personalized or custom-made products
Items marked as "made to order" on the product page

Used or Altered Items:

Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way
Items without original tags or packaging

Final Sale Items:

Products marked as "final sale," "clearance," or "sale - all sales final" at time of purchase

Gift Cards:

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable

6.7 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage
We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice
For hand-dyed yarns: Please note that natural color variations are not considered defects

6.8 Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost

6.9 Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit with a 10% bonus value (optional, at our discretion). Store credit:

Never expires
Can be used for any future purchase
Cannot be redeemed for cash

7. Classes, Workshops, and Events

7.1 Registration

Registration for classes and workshops is subject to availability
Payment is required at time of registration
You will receive a confirmation email with class details

7.2 Cancellation by Student

14+ days before class: Full refund or transfer to another class
7-13 days before class: 50% refund or full credit toward another class
Less than 7 days before class: No refund; credit toward future class only
No-shows: No refund or credit

7.3 Cancellation by WoolTribe

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another class

7.4 Class Transfers

You may transfer your registration to another participant with at least 48 hours notice

8. Intellectual Property
